CTC: – Cut, Tear, Curl (Sometimes, Crush, Twist, Curl) is a process of black tea manufacturing in which withered tea leaves are passed through cylindrical rollers with hundreds of sharp teeth, that cut, tear and curl it into smaller & harder pellets. The teas produced through this method of manufacturing are called CTC teas.

“Chaimate” has 3 blended grades of CTC teas, namely BLISS, JOY & ECSTASY to offer to its consumer as per their preference of Brightness/Briskness/Fullness/Colour & Aroma.

Orthodox: – Generally known as “The Champagne of teas” is loose tea that is produce using traditional (or orthodox) method of tea production, which includes Plucking, Withering hard, Rolling, Oxidation & Drying.

“Chaimate” has 2 blended grades of orthodox teas, namely Leafy PURE & Leafy SERENE to offer to its consumer as per their preference of Brightness/Briskness/Fullness/Colour & Aroma.

Green Tea :- Green tea is made from un-oxidized leaves & is one of the least processed type of tea. For this reason, it contains most anti-oxidants & beneficial polyphenols. Thus, this is made from leaves that have been dried, but have not gone through chemical process (fermentation/oxidation).
